Claudine, Alyce Designs Vice President and Creative Director, has been working at the company for over 20 years, since the tender age of six. During aunt Alyces formal dinner soirees, Claudine would stage fashion shows in Alyces atelier, where all party guests were required to don Alyces collection of stilettos in order to view the collection of elaborately draped mannequins. At 13, she began modeling the prom collection; at 20, she started co-designing it; she now presides over all creative endeavors and other company-wide operational details. She received her B.A in Painting from Bard College in New York. Never having had any formal training in fashion, she believes that certain talent resides within, and cannot be taught. A degree in fashion can offer only so much: "You need to excavate honest and natural feelings deep within yourself to create a collection that really matters to a variety of women." Claudine continues to divide her time between New York City, Chicago, and southern China.

Nathalie always loved fashion: "My Barbies were the best-dressed dolls in town!" Now Alyces Director of Design and Production, she has been with the company full-time for 18 years. After she received her B.A in Fashion Design and Business from Harper College in Palatine, IL, Nathalie promptly set up studio next to her godmother Alyce, and learned to make gorgeous gowns the old-fashioned way, trained in poignant Parisian tradition. Nathalie crafts pageant dresses from scratch for Miss Teen and Miss Illinois, carefully considering each element and aspect of the garment, and even devotes such meticulous attention to her infamous Halloween costumes! Nathalie is the mother of two young daughters, and just developed a flowergirl division for Alyce.
